Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Write down what was said and keep your notes.

We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer doesn't settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
